Return Policy

Here at Lone Wolf Survival and Adventure Gear, our goal is to deliver the best Quality, Value, and Service possible to each customer. That motto defines how we operate, and we take it seriously. We will work with customers in good faith to resolve legitimate product issues. At the same time, clear limits are necessary to protect both our customers and our business. This policy explains how defective item returns are handled. Manufacturer warranties may also apply.

Returns require approval before an item is shipped back.
Items returned without prior approval will not receive retroactive approval, and will not be accepted or refunded.

Only defective items may be returned. Remorse returns for items that do not meet the buyer’s needs or situation are not eligible.

A remorse return is a request to return an item that is not defective, but the buyer decides they don’t want to keep. This includes ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, deciding you prefer a different model or product, or any other reason not related to a defect. Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Customers are responsible for working directly with the manufacturer, but we will provide proof of purchase or basic documentation if needed.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
Items returned after 30 days from delivery fall outside the return window and are not approved for refund.

Contact us at [email protected] before returning any items. Explain the nature of the defect; we may be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue without a return or exchange. This saves both parties wasted time and shipping costs.

Exchanges and Replacements
Exchanges are limited and must be pre-approved. Returning an entire kit for a single item is not allowed. Custom kits or custom-built items are not returnable. Individual defective items within a kit may be replaced or exchanged. If an item is replaced, Lone Wolf covers the cost of shipping the replacement to the customer. If an item is exchanged, the customer is responsible for return shipping and Lone Wolf covers shipping the replacement back.

Returned items must be in original, unused condition and include all packaging and accessories. Items that do not meet these standards may only qualify for a partial refund or may not be eligible for refund.

Returns are limited to defective items only. In addition, age-restricted items are not eligible for return once opened. Perishable goods, food items, hazardous materials, and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, an email will be sent notifying you of the status. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Allow up to 10 working days for the refund to post. If not received within those 10 days, check your bank or payment account first. If there is still an issue, please contact us at [email protected].

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and shipping insurance to protect your interests. Lost or non-delivered return shipments remain the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for refund.

If a return is denied and the customer wants the item shipped back, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before reshipment. Items not claimed may be disposed of after a reasonable holding period.
