Please read our return policy below and email us if you have any questions.
1. Returns are only accepted ONLY for defective items. Remorse returns are NOT accepted!
2. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, returns are no longer accepted.
3. Before returning any items, you please contact us at [email protected] to explain the nature of the defect and get approval for your return. We may be able to troubleshoot that item for you and resolve the issue without a return or exchange.
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective and in the same physical condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with ALL accessories. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in either a partial refund or no refund.
5. All returns are eligible for a refund and some items, such as 1 item in a survival kit, may be eligible for an exchange instead of a refund. When you contact us about a potential refund, please let us know if you prefer a refund or exchange.
6. Some items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials.
7. In some situations you may receive no refund or a partial refund (if applicable).
- A. Any item not in its original, new condition, that is damaged, that has been misused or abused or is missing parts or accessories.
- B. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
8. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received, inspected and authorized for return or replacement, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or non-approval of your refund. If your refund or exchange is approved, then your refund will be processed in a timely manner, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
9. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If, after 10 working days, you haven't received your refund, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done those and you still have not received your refund, please let us know at [email protected].
10. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
11. Return Shipping
A. Upon approval of your return or exchange, please return the item to: Lone Wolf Survival and Adventure Gear, 103 Bienville Road Folsom La 70437.
B. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
C. We strongly recommend you use a trackable mailing method and also purchase insurance for your returned item. No refunds will be given if a returned item is lost in the mail, and it was not shipped using a trackable shipping method.
D. Buyers are responsible for filing lost item shipping cost claims with the shipping company.
E. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
